GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION:

FOR FULL LENGTH PAPER:

• Springer conference proceedings papers require specific formatting: 10-point font (Times Roman), single-line spacing, and a printing area of 122 mm 

•  193 mm. Use the official Word templates (usually 10-12 pages) and ensure all figures are high-resolution (300-1200 dpi). 

Key Formatting Requirements:

• Template: Use Springer’s official Word templates (commonly LNCS).

• Font: Times New Roman or Computer Modern, 10-point.

• Layout: Single-spaced, justified text within a 122 x 193 mm area.

• Title & Authors: 14-point bold for the title, 10-point for authors' names.

• Abstract: 9-point font, mandatory, 15–250 words.

• Keywords: Included after the abstract, capitalized, and separated by middots.

• Headings: Left-aligned, numbered (up to 3 levels), capitalized.

• Figures & Tables: Captions below figures and above tables, numbered sequentially.

• References: Springer prefers numbered citation style (e.g.,).

• Page Limit: Typically 10-12 pages for full papers.
