About the Institution

About the Department

The Department offers undergraduate programs in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), ECE with specialization in Data Science (ECE-DS) and B.Tech Electronics Engineering with VLSI Technology specialization, supported by well-equipped facilities such as the Specialized Electronics and Advanced Communication Lab and a dedicated VLSI Lab for practical learning. The institution also provides opportunities for higher education through M.Tech in VLSI Design and Ph.D. program in the streams of Electronics and Communication Engineering, promoting research and innovation alongside strong academic foundations. 

About ICARECS 2026

This  Conference aims to provide a forum to exchange ideas and opinions on current and newly developing technologies for researchers and engineers and also to attain solution to various research problems by sharing technical knowledge to enhance the opportunities in the areas of focus. The increasing coverage of electronics and communication technologies is driven by growth and to integrate, analyze, visualize and transform new novel engineering ideas. This International Conference on Advanced Research in Electronics and Communication Systems  (ICARECS-2026) organized on 30 - 31 March, 2026 by SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Vadapalani city campus is solely dedicated to create a conceivable platform for researchers, academician and scientists to interact and exchange the research ideas and results to develop a cost-effective and scalable Smart Electronics and Communication methods into existence.
